How far do you travel?
We’re happy to travel beyond our 10-mile local area when possible. For jobs further out, we may ask for a minimum booking (usually 2–4 hours) or add a small travel-time surcharge. Just send your postcode & job details, and we’ll confirm what’s best.
What areas do you cover?
Most of our work is in Codford, Warminster, Westbury, Wilton, Dinton, Shrewton, and the Wylye Valley villages, but we often visit Salisbury, Amesbury, and Tisbury too.
Do you give quotes from photos?
Yes — it’s the quickest way to get a clear price. Just send a few photos by text, WhatsApp or through our website form, and we’ll estimate the time and cost before booking.
We often quote from pictures for TV wall mounting, flat-pack furniture, shelves, and blind fitting.
What type of jobs do you take on?
We handle most small household jobs including flat-pack furniture assembly, shelving, curtain and blind fitting, small repairs, and light outdoor work such as garden tidy-ups or shed builds.
If it’s a small job that doesn’t need a specialist trade, we can probably do it.
What kind of work don’t you do?
We don’t take on gas, notifiable mains electrical (changing fittings and sockets is fine), structural building, or painting and decorating work.
We focus purely on smaller handyman jobs that can be completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard — without the need for specialist certification.
Are you insured and guaranteed?
Yes — we’re fully insured and all workmanship is backed by a 12-month guarantee, so you can book with confidence.
How soon can you book me in?
Most smaller jobs can be done within a few days. We offer AM (8–12) and PM (12–4) slots.
For urgent work, just text and we’ll let you know the first available time.
Do you offer evening or weekend work?
Occasionally, yes. If your schedule is tight, let us know — we’ll do our best to fit you in, sometimes with a small out-of-hours premium.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card, cash, or invoice — whatever’s easiest. Payment is usually taken on completion unless otherwise agreed.
Can you help landlords or holiday lets?
Yes — we regularly work with landlords, letting agents, and holiday homes around Warminster and Salisbury for small repairs, snagging, and upkeep between guests.
Do you remove packaging or rubbish?
We always remove any waste created by our work as standard.
Flat-pack boxes and packaging can be broken down for you, and if you’d like us to take away excess packaging or household rubbish, we can do that too for a small additional charge.
We’re registered waste carriers, and our licence is available on request — so everything is handled properly and responsibly.
